Use a different IP. This can be done by using a proxy or VPN. It might be hard finding a public proxy which hasn't been registered on that website, but then again I have never tried. Good luck though.

I'm actually interested in this also, the unfollowing of everyone but an exception list (eg your friends). But what I ended up doing when I used to have a working bot was have another account follow all my current followers (in case they change their username) and once I was done with that...

Regarding the blue stacks video (it's an android emulator), I think it's just a macro script being run with the emulator. I think that's what the video is about.

Personally, what I have done is buy virtual items, eg RuneScape GP for a reasonable price, and then re-sell it lower, but into my legit PayPal. Once in my legit PayPal I would happily withdraw to my prepaid card. Its worked for me.

Just a tip, if you are going to sell anything valuable, maybe $50+ I'd watch out for buyers with 0 feedback. I've had trouble with people who have 0 feedback bidding on my items and never paying up.
