Yes I forgot to mention you can choose whatever country you are living in whether it be US, UK, CA or anything. It doesn't really matter. Upwork approves profile based on skills and their demand. Yes, you can change everything once your profile gets approved. I myself did the same :D

Your IP address will not matter. Even if your profile is already made but disapproved just try to follow the above steps again and edit the fields. People have had success using this method and instantly their accounts got approved with this trick.
