Facebook is being strict. Even if you get good number of likes, you post wont be shown to fans as it should be. FB wants fanpage owners to spend money now.

I read it somewhere, Facebook is being strict on pages. Whatever be the number of fans in fanpage, posts wont be shown to all the fans unless you boost the post - Means FB wants you to spend money. They have recently revised their policy, check there, there might be some clue.
