If you use tracking202, your AM will see the tracking202 link as the referrer. BUT, it does not always hide the referrer and sometimes it is leaked. If you are looking for ABSOLUTE 100% guarantee that your AM won't see your referrer, you need to use the self hosted version of tracking202...
