I paid for upvotes and downvotes on this site a while ago. I can't confirm if the upvotes were delivered, but the downvotes were definitely not delivered. The upvote ratio on the post is still 97%. There is no way there can be 50 downvotes and 97% upvote ratio when the post has less than 100...
