Merchant Center Suspended $26,000 spent

Having issues Creating New Bing Accounts
Welcome to my world. I've had no issues with account creation lately unless I don't delete cookies and stuff.. And it didn't let me add a payment method either. I'm guessing because it wasn't a Visa card.- Guillexx94
