I would use "review" as thats most likely what people are searching for, and makes the most sense. You dont want people going to your site and seeing bad english, even if you think it helps SEO.

Actually download and script speed is only half the battle. There is also the time to connect to the server in the first place. Using a distributed server (akamai,amazon) will help significantly.

The good thing about those website is you can sell and create a presence on them, so you can piggy-back on their audience.
