OP, I actually used to do this back in 2009/10. I was using YouTube to generate traffic and I was in the TV and Movies niche. Sports highlights and live stream worked very well for me. Movies were the worst. I'm curious to know if this method actually still works? I recalled trying to do it...

Slepua, What you wanna do is to set your graph is Adwords to "Yesterday" or "Today" instead of last 7 days. That way, you will be able to see the updated stats. I had the same issue a while back but when I changed the viewing of the stats, I was able to see it. Hope that helps.
