I'm intrested in buying 15-20 proxies, but since i'm new to the proxy stuff i'd like to ask you something. Each proxy i get, i get a unique IP that only I use or the IP is shared with other users? Thank you

Hotmail allows to create a limited ammount of accounts per IP. And since you're using public proxies there is a high possibility that someone else reached the limit before you with the proxy u used.

Elite Proxy switcer kinda sucks, not sure about the pro version, but with Charon you can do like 10 times more stuff plus it's free
