Pinging is useless for indexing. If by "rapid indexer" you mean that free software you run yourself... that's also useless. How many blog posts are you trying to get indexed per day? If it's only a few, just bookmark them on 1-3 of the top bookmarking sites.

Easy KWs are everywhere. If you just step up your backlinking a little bit you don't have to scour the earth for KWs no one is going after. It literally becomes a task of just sorting them by what you think is worth most of your time. You guys/gals need to make sure you're not looking at the...

Make them blend into how other people build pages. Don't have formatting errors or poorly spun content. If it looks like carelessly auto-generated stuff it could get deleted, or flagged anytime down the line.

I've also been digging into local clients lately. You don't have to stick with things like doctors/dentists... Look in yellowpages, classifieds, newspapers, etc. These people are spending good money to advertise so it's a good place to 'steal' clients or get ideas for professions.

Links like this make the page seem less like it's self-serving, which I like to do when ranking my newer sites. Using "no-follow" makes it seem fishy (self-serving to the other links), so I avoid that too.

It's good you're dedicated to this, but you may want to try a softer approach. So what if you speed up your process by a few days or weeks even. If all that cash you make just pays for medical bills from this strain, there's no point really. Your health and livelihood are very important!
