Due to the nature of mobile networks, we cannot forcefully retain an IP for any period of time. Should the device change cell towers, the IP can change - and this is outside of our control.

For general 4G/5G proxies, there is a default of 5 minutes between IP rotations. While ordering, you can pay to upgrade this but this cannot be updated later. For some products, such as social media proxies, we do not offer this option and there is no way to reduce the minimum time between rotation.
