My guess is that there is some issue with the fact that I got a free month. Thus no payment, and no activation. I did however set up a subscription, but that's what your cart had me do. On my order is says $0 due for this month. EDIT: I see you have activated them now. Thanks.

Why would I have got billed? You gave me a free month, and I just forwarded the Paypal subscription confirmation email I got last night. Very frustrating. Here's what reads on my order page:

Is this why my order has been delayed? I appreciate the coupon and discount, but so far communication has been lacking here bigtime, particularly for a company promising a 5 minute activation and a focus on customer service in the OP. No offense, but I hope you can get this sorted.
