Some people will tell you to delete them and that's craziness. Work on diluting your anchor text, and most likely your problem will be solved. If it's still not, go get relevant links.

Page rank doesn't mean what it used to. You really have to analyze the backlinks. Hell, you could get a PR6, that's simply ranking cuz of a redirect. But a real PR6, with good solid links...still depends on quality of links, but it could run between $5,000 - $10,000 these days on average...

Personally, I wouldn't worry too much about removing links unless you're getting hit hard with porn links, etc
