AI noob here. What benefits outside of cost does fine tuning your own model have over let’s say simply using jasper? is there benefit in creating niche specific models.

What does the gray bar in the highlighted picture below mean? I see that when looking at pure AI generated text the bar is much shorter than the academic text. Maybe like I am 5 years old? Would looking at this chart tell you this AI generated content or human written content?
