Thanks for the reply. It does sound fair now. I used two different names, and it's obvious that screw things up. On the other hand neither my Wells Fargo account nor Chase agree to link these prepaid cards so I can add funds to them.

I thought the same but I just receive this email from them: Problem with your bank account Dear ............ To confirm your bank account, we tried to make 2 deposits into your X- account on Feb 12, 2013. The money was returned, however, because your bank does not recognize this bank...
