I prefer self hosted wordpress - I believe free wp doesn't allow any affiliate links but blogger does and they now have some great new themes but still not as good as wp in my opinion.

I haven't had luck with cj - but I do like being able to purchase through your own links and make commissions unlike Amazon.

not sure your traffic method but def don't direct link from CL - regardless of how quickly or slowly you increase your sales, they still might ask for trafiic info especially if the advertiser gets suspicious or receives complaints.

For those of you who were approved - what type of site did you use and was there any existing adverstising on it like adsense or Amazon etc. I remeber reading that the site you use to apply shouldn't have any affiliate stuff on it, what's been your experience?
