LTcash, you just make a site about something that is actually reviewable, such as netbooks. Write reviews about specific ones (using info based from other reviews). Then set up google alerts to be about those models you reviewed. post on the stuff that shows up in the alerts to bring in traffic.

I'm seeing that a lot of businesses I'd like to target already have decent websites, just not mobile sites. So what would be the best way to handle the hosting of the mobile site if someone else created their main site? (since we'd still need browser redirect on the non-mobile site)

One more thing: i think ideally the mobile site should be hosted on the same server as the main website. You (or someone) will have to install a redirect on the main website anyway to get the mobile site working, so why host the mobile site elsewhere? unless it's on your own host.
