Combine your current GSA campaigns with UD. Edwin Soft just added some pretty cool platforms, including press releases and doc sites, so you can get some good diversity using them together. I'd also go with some manual link building and guest posts if you want high quality links.

I use Berman Hosting and it works well for me. If you use proxy tools, you need to request to be moved to one of their US servers, they don't support proxy scraping on some of their other servers. They also might not be the best support wise, but I never have issues.

I just use a VPS I get from BermanHosting. Works pretty good and I have 2GB ram, a dual core processor and enough space for the software I use.
