I want to grow my own personal IG. It's at least 4 years old. What's the maximum settings for F/uF and likes I can do per day? And is there anything else worth exploring, like Viewing stories? And how would that impact my ability to do F/uF/likes?

I just got temp blocked as well. Barely had any likes too, had NinjaGram work with it's default settings for maybe 9 hours.
