Rather than spending money to buy 'fake traffic' use it to spend on ads. Ads -> Quality Traffic aka Real People -> buy -> rate -> Ranking. I've spent the past 4 years in ecommerce. That is the best method to increase the rank.

To rank up in marketplace, you need ratings, high sold items, optimized keyword+description. There are some seller use fake order to do this. ( for ex, made a custom voucher then use it with other account to buy your own item )
