It looks like you are ghost banned, unfortunately there is no way to appeal this. Gets lifted eventually as long as you remain active and avoid spamming. Takes some time though.

Since X did not give any reason for the suspension, I suggest he keep sending appeals until a human support gets to review his case. Sometimes X's spam bot suspend accounts randomly by mistake. This has happened to me in the past, they restored my account and appologized for the error.

Might take some time but consistent posting and interaction with other accounts in you niche is the best possible way.

People screeshot posts and pull them out when needed, deleting and changing your @ won't be enough.
