Definitely grab sick, they are running a bunch of specials that will end in the next week or so. I've tested the new version and it is really powerful. With Sick and Scrapebox combined, you should be good for most sites.

I think it is okay to submit a handful of your sites to a bookmarking site with the same user account, I would just be careful of submitting a whole lot of your inner pages to the same site.
