websoftinc scammed me out of $200 for a ebay account he tried to sell password never worked do not do anytransactions with him

strong vpn is a very good vpn service and ebay and paypal cant detect a proxy with strong vpn

no paypal cant touch your funds in your account unless you autherize them to do so. dude take this as a lesson learned and dont send $360.00 items with out tracking numbers and remember anything sold over $250.00 must require tracking number with signature confirmation

wow thats a nice ebay account. that account is worth more money then just selling ebooks on it. I bet if you sold that ebay account you could get a nice price for it

if you are in another country try using srongvpn service they pass all of ebays proxy detection. alot of people say never to use a VPN but strong vpn has worked ok for me. if you use the vpn dialer you can just swtich location all over the USA and get a new ip everytime

come guys the best thing to do if you have money in your paypal account is have a address that somebody can receive the goods ok thats important. JUST BUY GOLD OR SILVER OR PLATNUM. have sent to the address and BOOM you just bought money with money.

i think the best way to bulid feedback is get 95 items for $1.50 and then your last 5 get 2 $500.00 seller feedbacks and 3 buyer feedbacks of $150.00 or then you have a nice account with some good credabilty and then you can have some fun. maybe even get some people to start paying you outside...

there is no 21 day hold. that only applys if you dont upload tracking info to ebay and paypal. once ebay and paypal confirm delivery the money can be transfered or used for buying something with in 72 hours

I know people that have owed paypal 10's of thousands of dollars and they had there bank accounts still linked to paypal. paypal can not go into your bank account and take money for any reason unless you authorise them to. yes they will call and harrass the hell out of you when it goes to...
