You can't. It is really not a best practice to prospect with a @gmail.com or @outlook address. Domains start below 10$ per year, find one that suits you and start from there. You'll probably need some hosting to create emails with that host, but overall budget should be less than 40$/year.

Landing in Spam depends mainly on your domain setup, and your reputation (domain reputation and/or IP reputation). A good domain with a poor configuration can land even legit hand typed emails in Spam. It is pretty easy to land in spam, even when you are a Google Workspace paying customer...

Do you have DMARC, DKIM and SPF in your DNS records? Scan your domain with https://easydmarc.com/tools/domain-scanner and follow instructions (you can leave BIMI in red).
