you can legally make more than one account, there is a spot when you sign up to make a new account that asks you if you have other accounts.

battling someone when you have sold digital is usually a lose lose situation. Especially if you didn't list it in the digital field.

You may try looking at listings that are similar to what you are selling.. find the ones that have good feedback and mimic the way they do theirs.

You need a new paypal.. delete old one, you need new ebay account, new addy, new everything. OR.. you need a seller to sell for you.

I list digital stuff that has to be sent through email. Ebay has made me a top rated seller yet in another account I hold (that they are aware of) they constantly create restrictions on me so I dropped this account. I think top rated seller status puts you in the light, but thats not always good.
