Just wanted to share my experience after posting my request here. I did get a few contacts who promised to run my campaigns and a couple did go live but then in most cases the guys didn't deliver what was promised. I didn't loose any money as those were trial runs but didn't turn out to be solid...

The topic says it all. I am looking for blackhat techniques to run Adwords. Need a fool proof method. Teach me how to use affiliate programs, cloaking, redirection etc. I am willing to pay for it or run the campaigns with your help.

I have one more question. Does anyone know how many times you can run campaigns for a domain before Google notices it and bans it? Is there a safe number?
