Does anyone know any way to fix the “apply” issue in edits? Please!

I have had an active case number they have done nothing to help I keep emailing with no progress. For a week now they have just kept asking me to send screenshots on the same problems without fixing anything. I am getting desperate.

Someone stole my gmb and changed the phone number and business name but I still own it. When I go to click apply to edits it just won’t apply. The only way to exit the edit window is to click cancel. Does ANYONE know anything I can do? Please.
