I've given up on GSA SER, the last few campaigns I was building thousands of links and I can count on 1 hand the links which were being indexed. Maybe I was doing it wrong... but now I just pay for high quality links, I also think this works better since I'm not doing a churn and burn.

Go to Google, and type "site:" followed by your domain name. If nothing comes up, your domain name is garbage (well, SEO garbage at least). I suggest you do some research on how to pick up good domain names in this forum, there are some excellent tutorials.

i highly doubt Google can delete content or files from your server, only your hosting or else a hacker gained access to your server.

Ask yourself this.. Would it occur naturally? Would non-English people naturally post links there? If yes, then it will probably help (ie: a few links here and there like this). However if you have 10 000 links from Russian forums and no English language links.. does it look natural?

You seem to have put a lot of effort and enthusiasm in writing your post so let me give you some feedback which might not be what you want to hear. I personally don't feel very strong about CTR being a major ranking factor and it seems from the lack of response to your thread that I'm not alone...
