Recently came a cross a free bulk mailing service that will send out up to 1.2 million emails for you. They are co-registration leads. You also have the option of uploading/importing your own leads.

You can actuall y import your leads and you have an option of allowing the moderators to send the mail or you will get what is considered a bulk emailer to use for less money.
