BlogsPlugin is showing strange language/symbols in menu items. Anyone has any idea how to fix this?

To get more success rate all the registration or activation email should go to inbox, not in the junk/spam folder... Right? I want to create that rule by hand for XRumer, which it was supposed to do automatically by XRumer.
