How much data uses one account in a 2 hour frame, and how much actions can that account do in 120 minutes (follows, likes, DM for new followers, Storyviews)?

For the IG M/S method, do you rercommend using your proxies with a program like fanzella/Susocial (with embedded browser) or a method like NecromancerIG, using real Phones. Desktop Program seems so much easier but i dont know if embedded browser still works these days, even with mobile proxies...
