You're sourcing your books from Amazon itself? The price reflects the condition, so if you're buying from penny sellers then isn't a lot of your stock ex-library, covered in stamps and tattered etc?

Shez How many books do you have in your inventory at any moment in time? With sales turnover for this method being quite low, are storage costs something to be concerned about? I.e. do you often create removal orders?
