I've used tweriod and it tells me from 4:00 - 6:00 PM, so have adjusted tweets accordingly. As you've stated, it depends on your followers - time zones, etc. A few things to consider: 8-10 AM: people are commuting 12:00: people taking their lunch break 4-6 PM: people commuting or off work...

Looking for established Twitter accounts for a social media experiment. Budget is $500 USD and looking for aged accounts with real / organic followers, preferably over 100,000. Niche / areas of focus I'm considering (but not limited to): Health/Fitness Humor Social Media (SEO, etc.)...
