This is for PR. from Google approved news sites only. Normally i go for 800 RD from some high end sites including Yahoo which costs $500

I have a new website that is live and I am in the process of getting PR. Is 1500 referring domains too much for a new website? what do you think is reasonable amount of RD that wont get new site penalised.
