Germany is very strict - you have certain options but its basically not working if you can't a) relocate or b) find a real acting director for a company outside Germany. Or well c) go full illegal mode and just buy a nominee company.

From crypto and other finance scams, where people get scammed and deposited money to the "broker". Nobody is selling these lists because nobody has them. There are a few exceptions but its so rare that whenever you hear somebody is selling "recovery leads" it's a guaranteed scam.
