So in short - in order to get 150 links a minute I need a vps or a dedicated server and a my 512 kbps connection would be enough to access the server and run xrumer on it via remote desktop? Thanks for the help guys, really appreciate it.

Is this server configuration enough for 150 links/minute? (I got this from Cari daot net). This is the first time I am trying to figure out dedicated servers and bandwidth and the reason why I am asking so many questions is because I don't want to end up spending money on the wrong things...
