I have checked the penalty but it's empty :(. Not really sure what I should do with it, it still gets 1000s of traffic from yt but was exciting to see it doing well on google search console. What would happen if someone else 301s their site to yours and it has a penalty? can you remove it like how you can disavow backlinks?

It happens very often that I don't think its worth my time to fight them, usually youtube gets them after a couple of days but sometimes weeks tho. Was just curious how they are doing this cause I see it happening a lot.
