Pinterest is primarily a visual search engine. Niches that work very well with pinterest are food blogs, Decor, Travel, Beauty, Gardening, Weddings ..The niche you are in would make it difficult to be successful with Pinterest

Pinterest is a visual search engine. I think if you want to use it to get backlink wont take you very far. I own a food niche blog that gets good traffic from Pinterest. i use Pinterest for traffic generation not SEO.

if you are not in a hurry you can set up 3 new accounts, set up different boards, pin other peoples pin and leave them for about a month or so. You dont need to buy an account

I have an image generated by Chat GPT that gets thousands of views and hundreds of saves that is labelled as AI... So i dont think them being labelled AI is really a problem

Niches that work well with pinterest are mostly image heavy..that is because Pinterest is primarily a visual search engine..think of Food & Drink, Home & Decor, Travel, Beauty. Dont go to Pinterest to primarily sell stuff. People go to pinterest to get ideas or be inspired.
