Do you think the hidden penalty will go away eventually? Maybe in the coming year? When I got hit, I had about 250 articles human articles. Now I have 700 human articles. None of the new pages are ranking at all.

I have this exact issue too. I write a post for an info keyword under 20 search volume, and the page gets indexed but doesn't rank. When it does rank, it's the homepage that ranks for the specific keyword... weird.

@MrNimbus has your site started indexing again? None of my pages are getting indexed. I have very few AI posts (less than 5%).

I think I might have figured it out, or at least partially. In my website's case, it was somewhat broad. What Google did in the update was put websites into topical categories. In my case, I was still ranking well in a few niches but in others completely tanked.
