I redirect my traffic to bangbros which converts good. My site is a tube that is non-mobile friendly though.. You could try to redirect for a month and see what works best for you :)

Why not sign up to their affiliate program and use their content to promote their sites? They won't have any problems with that :)

You're mixing up the visitor numbers. He has 500k uniques a day according to sextracker, and had millions of visitors a few years back. Post the link and we can use google translate on it :) (and yeah adult sales are down the drain for me too)

For spam comments I just use Alkismet, it gets most of it at my blogs

No you don't need to accept it, all it will do is to add a comment to the post in question. The reason you get this message is because of your settings. Go to Settings->Discussion->Attempt to notify any blogs linked to from the article to change this.
