99.9% sure this is a scam. They use the same design as several old scammers (yes, even with the "blockchain proofs" - even it's positioning on the site is the same) If it was true, why would they need your 0.01 BTC?

Assuming you're talking about the referrer as in which page brought you here, it's fairly easy to do, depending on where you'd like it implemented.
