How does it work though? Does it verify your account or do you use it to pay online through the website? I just visited it and I dont understand how it can help me.

I have money in a PayPal account, but no bank details to verify it so I can spend the money online. All I need is to get some working bank details so the money is spendable, but when I try to put in fake ones online it says the account rejected the request. Anyone know a place to get free...
