Actually, I use the standard plan, it is free. I use 5 accounts on it, you should test it for more accounts, but I personally think there is a limit.

By prelander you mean a landing page? I'm trying to monetize my IG account with ClickBank and I was wondering about the best way to do it. So far, the better thing to me seems a landing page in the bio description.

I agree. I've used Instagress and it has worked. More or less 35 like per hour, 15-20 follow-unfollow.
