off course the primary copyright responsibility is for the uploader. but providing that the uploader is the the owner then mentioning that they are the owner when you embed should be enough to obey copyright law. correct me if i am wrong about this.

as long as you mention the source and ownership of a video then there would not be a copyright problem. right? put a small font at the bottom of your post.

as long as there are visitors there can be marketing. it is as simple as that.
