I agree. If you don't have anything to offer to these prospects yourself, it's best to sell the leads to someone who has an adequate product/service. IMO cold emailing is the biggest waste of time.

My advice would be to copy segments from multiple sources and sort of make an article before doing any rewriting. After that, rewrite it piece by piece and add a few sentences yourself. This way you ensure that your article is unique in every way as it has a unique structure, unique sentences...

Ahrefs is what I use for competition analysis and for that use case it's the best tool out there IMO. Stealing your competitors keywords is a breeze with it.

With cold emailing it's almost never a good sign but if it's a targeted prospect they might really need more time to think or talk to superiors. You never know for sure if they truly need more time or they just want to avoid you.

Take it on the chin and consider it a valuable lesson. Now you know that Google can turn your valuable traffic to dust in a blink of an eye. My advice, diversify, diversify, and diversify.
