How could we potentially use a VPN for this type of situation? Which services will provide that?

Could you point me in the right direction? I'm kind of new to the site and all of the proxy services I bring up don't have anything in EACH province.

I need to essentially look at specific websites in different provinces to gather the information from them. They are IP restricted and only pull information from their province of origin. It needs to be able to load flash as well to gather the information. EX. Legal Directory shows only...

I'm looking for a proxy service that has a proxy in each of the Canadian Provinces. Does anyone have any idea which service could do this for me? I'm needing this ASAP. Thank you.
