The software is working again, synonyms loading. I did have to change password so maybe that is linked to the error. I like this software, it's simple like me :)

It seems the synonyms aren't loading, so the bug is still in effect. Shame

Nice to see everything back. Must have been a mega sweat session for the developers and support so my thoughts and thanks are with them, oh, and Loopline for his invaluable input of course. Cheers folks :)

I'm waiting for something official as are you all. I remember the Senukex attacks and it took a days to stop and fix things up. I have no idea of the seriousness of the attack and I wouldn't want to speculate, sorry :(

Not 100% but others have reported that their instances already running are still functioning, just seems to apply to new validation. HTH
