I will continue dispute with Payoneer or even my card company now since this is too frustrating.

@Giorgio23 Last heard on Aug 15 requesting to close this thread, but I explained i didn't open this thread and she should approach you here. Sadly, no other updates since.

She has been online..Maybe you can try message her as well. We are giving 1 more week for her to prove she will make up for the lost time, if things remain same no progress, we will dispute. @Giorgio23 you get reply?

There seems no explanation after the 72h period. Think need to find if any way to apply refund to Payoneer at the same time.

Have contacted @saraali786 as well and received no reply after payment. Below shows part of conversation from beginning and skipped some product info. I placed order on Jul 25, and paid her on Jul 26.
