if you're going to place an ad, then you have to pay.

as far as i know its mainly the big guys who get sued, I'm sure there is some case of a small fry getting sued out there though.

buying subs doesn't necessarily garuntee that you're going to get views, even if they are real followers. Try making an outrageous video that would go viral, that would help.

seems some people get too hooked on it. It seems like a very easy thing to get addicted to as well.

your method is very good because its basic with not a lot of complications. however breaking down those steps then there is some difficulty i.e.. sometimes your advertisement methods might not work or you don't reach your target audience for some reason. It works and thats all that matters...
