If you're looking for an easy way to automate Twitter, compile a bunch of Tumblr blogs and add /rss/ to the URL to turn them into RSS feeds. Add a few to Chimpfeedr and use the combined channel in an IFTTT recipe. Just need to find the recipe that includes a pic for Twitter.
